Attorney Jennifer T. Dane founded the Law Office of Jennifer T. Dane, P.A. in 2009 with one clear mission — to help Central Florida families navigate life’s most challenging legal transitions with clarity, compassion, and strength. For over 17 years, Jennifer has focused her practice exclusively on family law, representing clients across the Orlando area in matters involving divorce, paternity, child custody, and child support.

As an experienced family law attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator in Orlando, Jennifer understands that every family’s situation is unique. While she is a skilled litigator, she believes that not every family’s story belongs in the courtroom. Jennifer is deeply committed to alternative dispute resolution, helping clients reach peaceful and cost-effective solutions through collaborative and cooperative family law cases as well as mediation. A Florida native, Jennifer was born and raised in Central Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College in South Carolina and completed a semester of study at American University in Washington, D.C. Following an internship with Congressman John Mica, Jennifer returned home to pursue her Juris Doctor at Barry University School of Law in Orlando. During law school, she gained invaluable experience through certified legal internships with Seminole County Legal Aid, the Orange County Ninth Circuit State Attorney’s Office, and the Orange County Dependency Court.

Beyond her law practice, Jennifer is deeply invested in her community. She currently serves as the Chairman of the Sanford Airport Authority and has previously served on the Seminole County Planning and Zoning Board and as a member of the Junior League of Central Florida. In 2019, she was recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a Woman to Watch.

Outside of her professional life, Jennifer plays tennis and values time spent with her husband, two children, and their two dogs. Together, they love visiting Florida’s beaches, traveling, and discovering new adventures.
