Background

Jennifer Dane was born and raised in Central Florida. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in South Carolina, Jennifer moved back to Central Florida and attended Barry University School of Law. During her time at Barry University, Jennifer Dane interned with the Seminole County Legal Aid Society where she learned a lot about the ins and outs of family law. Jennifer also interned at  the Orange County State Attorney’s office where she worked closely with the two experienced trial attorneys, and conducted several criminal trials.

Jennifer Dane currently lives in Seminole County where she is an active member of her local community and has served on several boards and volunteer positions. Since opening her own law firm in 2009 Jennifer has focused her practice solely on Family Law in Central Florida. Jennifer Dane has personally handled hundreds of family law cases and helped hundreds of families through the family law process.

Michelle A. Bayhi

Background

Michelle Bayhi was born in Miami and raised in Central Florida. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Michelle moved back to Central Florida and worked for the Department of Children and Families while she attended graduate school at the University of Central Florida. Michelle ultimately decided to leave that graduate program in favor of law school at her alma matter. During her time at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Michelle interned at a boutique litigation firm and clerked for the Judge of Compensation Claims and State Mediator in Gainesville. Following her graduation from law school, Michelle worked for two mid-size law firms in Central Florida specializing in the area of workers’ compensation insurance defense, and she also served as a Guardian Ad Litem. Michelle joined the Law Office of Jennifer T. Dane, P.A. in 2015.

Michelle currently lives in Seminole County with her husband and three children. 

Sabrina Ramirez

Background

Sabrina was born in Queens, New York,  and raised in Medellin, Colombia, and Central Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Rollins College and  attended Barry University School of Law. While at Barry University, Sabrina worked as a certified legal intern in Barry’s Children and Families Clinic. In that capacity she represented juveniles both in dependency and delinquency proceedings. She worked zealously to advance the safety and well-being of young clients that were often the victims of abuse, abandonment and neglect. She advanced a holistic approach in helping children obtain mental health services, worked with parents, educators, government agencies and the State to achieve an environment for the children to succeed in. Sabrina also volunteered at Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, where she learned about child support and adoption. Sabrina also has experience in family and employment- based immigration. Sabrina joined the Law Office of Jennifer T. Dane, P.A. in 2017.
